No, UPS is not always going to be what every customer wants. The same goes for FedEx. It is healthy to have the competition. Although it would be great for the Temsters to bring fedEx into the fold, I believe it could hurt the company at this time. This is just my opinion and I am sure I am missing some vital information somewhere.
