Once you file a grievance and get paid for it a couple of times, they'll be real clear about you starting early or not. DON'T WAIT TOO LONG TO FILE ON THE TIMES THEY HAVE NOT PAID YOU CORRECTLY IN THE PAST. </p><p>Talk to someone there who has actually filed on this problem. But don't be picking his brain about how and who - IF YOUR NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. It's really aggravating to some of us.</p></blockquote><p></p>
