Where does one find " Accountability " in any gov't run program ?
Its NOT the government that is being held accountable, its the DOCTORS themselves. Preventing overbilling, fraud and other phoney billing schemes pulled off by todays doctors and clinics.
Those that DONT want to comply with the law have more to HIDE than to gain from the new policies.
The system is better to be rid of them, than to keep them doing business as usual defrauding medicare and the likes.
Get a grip, learn something for a change.

Ever hear of Medicare fraud , the gov't by law has to settle any medical claim within 30 days after submission . And most state have only 1-3 inspectors to check up on these establishments . The fraudsters move their offices so quickly after getting paid , that the inspectors usually only find empty spaces by the time they get there .

So it takes just over 1000 pages and then an additional 55 pages to make this happen? And this doesn't even touch the additional 1000's if not 10k's of agency regulations that will follow to make this statutory act enforceable.
Something tells me at nearly 1100 pages in Volume 124 of Statutes at Large that there is far, far, far more to this than what you are saying. Time may indeed prove that the ACA was little more than the folk tale of Brer Fox, Brer Rabbit, the briar patch and the tar baby all over again with the corp. healthcare concerns playing trickster Brer Rabbit but with Brer Fox this time being in on the con!
