Recent events have reinforced the need to vote your shares. Deadline is May 8th.
1) Board of Directors - Time to send a message that they don't have "overwhelming" support they have claimed in the past. Vote "AGAINST" all board members.
4) Time to vote "FOR" reduction in voting power of Class A shares. Did we seriously use the maker of Farmville as a reason to vote against?
Time to take away power from the Management Committee (incl Annie Casey Foundation), Board, and Region/District Managers. We are in this mess because of their lack of leadership. Abney's interview on CNBC had nothing new just that we were somehow going to do better.
To say that we are handcuffed by having 1:1 implies that we were doing something great or innovative to start with.
