What does seniority afford me? Is it only for things like vacation days? What about break times or leaving early?

I’m at the top in my state and yes seniority means everything. Best route best vacation best truck first choice for days off best parking spot best loader and easiest work when volunteering for ot.
Seniority is king on this job.
