If you dont have senority, or even know what that means, then your seasonal.

Work your ass off, impress some people. Ask if you can become an insider, or stay around after peak. Ask what they really-really need and ask to become it afterwords. Unload, load and preload is the usual spots they need. DO WHATEVER it takes to get your foot in the door and gain senority.

If you do get let go after peak, keep filling out more apps to try and get back in. If your serious, then you should do whatevers possible.
