I have never saw anyone lose thier job because they eventually learned the materiel. I have seen drivers on the hot seat in front of the manger or Division manager when it got to notice of suspension or termination. I think 10 minutes a month to study is fair to brush up on the material. No one can argue with the results of the companies safety efforts over the years when it comes to reducing accidents and injuries. That equates to big big money!!</p></blockquote><p></p>
