UPS Rehiring Process ??

Can anybody help me by explaing what UPS rehire process is all about I was as a seasonal unloader during the peak season then my job was done at UPS but sevreal months later. I got a call from a recruiter and he told me that I got the Rehire status under my profile and want to interview me so I made schedule for an interview tommoro at 9. My qustion to you guys would be how does the UPS Rehiring process works and what are the chances of me getting rehired again by UPS. If you guys can help me I would be apricate it.

Yeah, what rod said. It's harder to get a peak rehire status than it is to make it past your 30 days!
