UPS worker suspected of stealing from package at Fishersville facility - News Leader
The Augusta County Sheriff's Office said an employee with the United Parcel Service was reportedly caught stealing from a package earlier this week at the facility, according to an arrest report.
Witnesses said the UPS employee was allegedly taking packages from a conveyor belt and opening them Tuesday at the Fishersville facility on Expo Road, the sheriff's office said.
The employee reportedly stole about $1,200 worth of jewelry from a package that included a necklace, bracelet and earrings.
