The things you mentioned has nothing to do with being treated like couriers. Bidding by seniority or CEV points (if that's still in play) is the way its done company wide and has been in the 31 years I have been here. That's not just a courier thing. If a high seniority (courier, CSA, ramp agent, manager, handler) transfers into an RTD position and has been in that position for 6 or more months to gain their seniority back, they are certainly eligible to bid on all open jobs. Everyone has lost out on bids due to higher seniority people putting in the them. If you are saying that a non RTD, high seniority employee transfers into your location and takes a route that is not open for bid from a lower seniority employee, then you guys have a problem and should be GFTing that. I agree that swings should get paid more. If your swings have to cover all shifts, how is that being treated like a courier, when you say RTD is the only position in the company that is expected to do that? Couriers don't work a 24/7 shift like we do. We have day shift swings and night time swings. That's a problem at your location and not an AGFS wide problem. If you think AGFS is the same as DGO and being a courier, you are in a bad location.
