Probably ok in uniform, but I wouldn't do it, and then you'd have to transport it in your truck and in the building so I wouldn't try it. If I got a bottle of alcohol as a tip from a customer I'd advise my sup to cover my :censored:. Definitely ok if you're on lunch. You'd be okay if it was on area and you were there to wash your hands, use bathroom or eat and not "partaking" in the adult entertainment in uniform. If out of uniform, and not servicing the strip club before or after lunch then I wouldn't park directly at the club. I don't see how this breaks any rule. Definitely okay. Definitely okay. You need to be able to be fully relieved of all duty. Gray area. If the other guy is in browns and is working that day but on lunch a termination wouldn't stick, but without management permission technically the other driver is an unauthorized passenger, so I would get permission first. Bottom line, if you are on lunch and not in browns you can park your truck and go anywhere and do anything as long as when you return to work you won't be under the influence of anything that would impede your ability to drive safely...so no alcohol, etc on lunch. As for the browns, if a driver has a question in his mind about whether something they are doing is okay, don't do it in the browns. Just throw a t-shirt on and make sure you're not wearing visible ups socks.
