That's what I would assume but I never seen a bid sheet like thatMaybe you would start in the 3rd year of progression?
Most of the people that would want this job are top rate drivers that want to come off the roadThat's what I would assume but I never seen a bid sheet like that
So maybe they're giving your third year of progression but not give you the 3 years of back pay.
Seems like a big bargain for the company
In that case they will get top rate 22.3 driving rate which is a lot less than what they are making nowMost of the people that would want this job are top rate drivers that want to come off the road

Well you made it out of there my friendNo back pay refers to the first part timers who became 22.3.
It is included on all newer bid sheets as a precaution.
I was one lucky ones { all 5 of us had 20+ years seniority } to become 22.3 in 1999 with retro pay going back to when the contract was signed
I got the less amount since I was already doing AM airwork & an inside Twilight job.
The other new 22.3s ( 4 part timers ) received more back pay since they only worked the Twilight shift.
{ to put it plainly , those who worked the least, got the most back pay }
I was the last one of the 5 to get out.Well you made it out of there my friend
How long has it been now?I was the last one of the 5 to get out.
