Well, to be honest, if someone lived in a very small town, and their neighbor had 19 kids, and had to hire another teacher (19 kids fill up an entire classroom afterall), and buy more school equiptment, including books and computers. Do you thinkj it's fair the other 20-30 familes in that same town must be extra for them ? Not only that, but also effects the health insurance rate for a company he might be working there at, where co-workers will need to make up the difference. Might even need another doctor in that town, or even larger school bus service. It's not just food and clothing costs, and costs towards society, too. From garbage pick-up to waste water management. But, then again, one can only hope that once they grow up they pay their fair share on taxes, too, even though it probably wouldn't be in the same town.
