"An American Christmas Carol" with Henry Winkler. It's hardly ever on, I finally bought the dvd last year.

Ps to Jenniferlynn: that's my second favorite! (Bumbles bounce, you know!)

When I was younger, I liked A Christmas Carol (1951) with Alistair Sims as Scrooge.

I just saw Four Christmases and I enjoyed it as a newer Christmas Movie.

"Christmas Story" reminds me most of my growing up times and it's in Ohio too!

Classic. How about It's a Wonderful Life, Miracle on 34th St. (the original), We're No Angels ( H. Bogart), The Bishop's Wife (C. Grant), White Christmas, Holiday Inn - sorry showing my age. How about Scrooged or The Santa Claus?
Die Hard - ok, well it happened Christmas Eve!!

Christmas Vacation: My favorite part is Chevy Chase watching old Christmas movies in the attic with Ray Charles singing in the background.

The old "A Christmas Carol"

3 Days Of The Condor (it's set at Christmas time)

Signature,

My favorite part of Christmas Vacation is when Randy Quaid is drinking egg nog with Chevy and he's wearing a sheer white sweater with a black dickie that shows through.....makes me laugh every time! What a clown!

Too bad he's been a jerk in the news lately with skipping out on his Santa Barbara hotel bill.

I have one movie I discovered that reminds me of Xmas every time I see it.

It could be the message.
It could be that I know what it was like to be different, too.

Edward Scissorhands

It was one of the very last things we have ever seen Vincent Price do before he left us...

And some how if you lok in his eyes you see humane compassion.

Gosh, I used to love the Vincent Price scary movies......Like House of Usher. Scared the crap out of me way back then.

He was always in a haunted house holding a candle or lantern.
