I just don't know what to think anymore. Watching TV over the last few nights, I see all these previews of shows coming on from around the Revolutionary period showing black woman as debutantes and near royalty. Black men interacting with whites on an equal basis. I obviously wasn't there, but we all know THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN!
How long will this fad of pretending black people were treated equally on this continent continue? Do parents need to teach the truth and override what's being "taught" in their schools and broadcast on the TV, shows, movies, commercials, everywhere?
