Hello. I am a ups temp driver. I have been driving temp for a year now. I keep running in to the problem of my management working drivers with less seniority than I. People with less seniority have been working full weeks and i can get barley 20hrs a week. This past week i was sent home everyday with a total of 0 hrs. I have talk to management but they refuse to honor my seniority.. Does anyone know what Art. in the Supplemental agreement I can look to reference on this matter. (Atlantic Area)

Sounds like these temps are being trained in preparation for Peak.

If your a temp they can do whatever they want. Once you start quoting union articles as a temp your going bye bye for good.
I have been with the company for 5 years... I am not off the street....
Thank You I read those and could not really see where is says they have to assign work in seniority order
