fedex contractors

Hello All, I am browsing this forum (mostly FEDEX ones) for couple of days. Lots of information! Just want to introduce myself to the forum and give thanks to everyone for their usefull contributions- lots of information her. Hopefully I will be able to share some experiences of mine as well.

I scan another id and now i have to change the authorize officer thats ok but now they are tell me that i cant have access to fedex that mean i cant go inside the building Can anybody have this issue before and how to appeal or whats the solution
