transfer hub

I i want to transfer and i know they only take 2 a year and by seniority. Only reason im putting in my transfer is to be closer to my wife which has been having medical problems. Does anyone know if you can transfer sooner for medical reasons

I plan on going to UCF in orlando because of the tution assistance and continue being a preloader instead of going into management. is it true you cant transfer hubs unless its for managment ?
