@floridays Read carefully '' In him also you were circumcised with a circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ, having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through faith in the powerful working of God, who raised him from the dead. And you, who were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses'' Col 2: 11-13 Old Testament : Physical circumcision, Israel, physical kingdom , Children of God In baptism, there is an operation taking place. Christ is preforming the surgery. He is cutting away the sinful body of the flesh. When? When one is buried and raised. You . When you were dead. (Not alive, Not saved) You bury dead people. Made alive when you are resurrected ( coming from the grave of baptism) forgiven. I think this passage begs the question. Have you had the surgery? It sounds like you claim to have the sin problem fixed before this operation took place. That's not possible.
