Watching that on a bigger screen and not my micro phone screen I saw a few things that are concerning. The seasonal acts like he was hopped up on spice, crank, or smack but he also acts like he is going through a hypoglycemic violence episode.

I'd be curious what the outcome is for that guy.

Ya know, strange as it might sound someone who is under the influence of PCP will do that because they get overheated. People who have diabetic emergencies also do things like that. Hypoglycemic violence is easier to figure out by smelling a person's breath (if you were that close), the medical emergency has a fruity smell.

Think this dude might be a pvd. The guy that made the video said he was in his driveway for over 7 minutes. If he was a helper you'd think the driver would come looking for him.
