We've waited five years for this.
Yesterday, March 14, Michael Behenna walked out of Leavenworth prison.
I wanted to make sure a certain BrownCafe member knew about this.
That's all I'll say.
The local news station incorrectly reported the "Freedom Riders" escorted Behenna. It was the Patriot Guard Riders and, yes, I was on the escort to his hometown.
Welcome home Sir!

Must be nice to feel "honored" to bring home a murderer to his hometown. He served 5 years of a 15 year sentence for his conviction. While i respect he did his partial time, I still HARDLY honor a convicted murderer.

That takes a special kind of stupid.

TOS would be parading if it was a Muslim terrorist being released.

Back that one up. I guess I am the oddball for wanting a USA soldier held accountable for his actions when he MURDERS someone in cold blood.

But yet, YOU find a reason to support him.

Maybe you also want to escort Charles Manson out of prison as well, eh?

Facts are facts BABA, he was convicted. The crime? MURDER. The victim: UNARMED.

Thats soldier, murder, cold blood.

Pretty easy stuff to understand.

Watch this short video and tell me more about "That's soldier, murder, cold blood". (Not my words).

This video proves N O T H I N G.

Behenna is a criminal, who served 5 years and released on parole for his conviction for UN PREMEDIATED MURDER and LYING IN A DECLARATION.

He made a PLEA DEAL with the prosecution in order to AVOID the more serious charges and the jury took only 3 1/2 hours to CONVICT him of the lesser counts that brought a 25 year sentence.

He wants people to give him a pass because he was in a "war zone" and in his opinion, he can kill anyone he wants when he wants.

Sorry TRICK, he did the crime, he did the time.

How you can defend a LIAR & MURDERER and a man who would try to "COERCE" two subordinates to cover his crime is beyond comprehension.

He lied in his initial explanation of what happened, and yet, in some lame video he plays down what happened without EVER mentioning that he lied, beat a subordinate and filed a false declaration about the circumstances and you want to run with it as if it proves he is innocent.

Look bro, he did what he did, he made a decision that cost him a conviction. He only did 5 years and he is lucky to be out and he should just SHUT HIS MOUTH, move on with his life and say nothing about what happened.

I dont feel sorry for him. I dont respect him. He was a representative of the United States Armed forces and he disgraced himself and our country with his actions.

A person lost his life because of LT Behenna's actions, and for that Behenna has earned the label:

MURDERER.
