[QUOTE="DELACROIX, post: 3594343, member: 49065"] Seriously, do you really think that UPS would lock us out? What would be the reasoning behind that? The aircraft controllers were under federal control and not a private corporation with a major collective bargaining Union. What Reagan did was not right considering he was once a president of the actor's union, if Trump would allow a major corporation to lock out any union it will affect any chance for a second term and the upcoming elections. Snowball's chance in Hell. Are you calling members greedy for wanting the same benefits and retirement possibilities as their management counterparts. Benefits under the UPS Retirement Plan are formulated at 50 percent of their last 5 years salary, the average management that reaches retirement age and service will be getting around 75,000 a year with full medical (no monthly co-pay), including their spouse. I do not know if they get any supplements when they turn 65 under medicare, they tend to keep that information out of the public or a need to know basis. Most management with over 30 years in currently will be very close to being called millionaires with their MIP and stock purchases before they went public, yeah call us greedy for wanting a bigger share of the pie.
