A vs B

B

Anyone note that on the press release Wed. it was noted that there were 595.3 million A shares outstanding and 530 B shares. Even considering the $471 million buyback already completed thru June 30th (approx. 7.8 million shares) I am still impressed with employee loyalty. Who knows, maybe we will return to being a private company.

I seriously doubt that - it would be extremely difficult to repurchase over 1/2 billion outstanding "B" shares.

Also, what would be the benefit in doing so at this point?
