Those unwanted kids will be wards of the state cared for under Medicaid which repugs are hell bent on making major funding cuts to leaving  it up to the states and local governments to makeup the shortfall which could result in major state and local tax increases. When local and state governments are driven into bankruptcy by the exploding costs of mandated social services....you tell me what do you think should be done?</p></blockquote><p></p>
