All things Strike 2018.

@Indecisi0n think you could take care of
Great, 1 million responses to go through. Great idea. Not
How Millenial of you!
Why not? It will be the same old thing anyway.
Starting to think UPS wants a strike.
Things I would like to see:
1. Better short term disability. A senior employee at top rate should bring home more than $277.77 a week.
2. Do what a lot of companies do where age+years of service=80. I wanna retire and still be able to do things. I don't wanna take the % hit for every year I retire before I am 62.
3. Better pay for part timers. I believe the starting wage is now $10.50. When I started it was $8 and that was 30 years ago.
4. Fixing of the aircraft topsides. Nothing worse than pushing 4-8000 lb cargo pallets uphill that comes to a screaching halt because of a ball mat that is shot to hell. My wrists, elbows, shoulders and knees would appreciate it.
What does that mean?
I like 420???
I have no idea what you are talking about, take care.
A strike isn’t going to happen... very unlikely.... let’s see what they bring to the membership to vote on... let the process play out first...ok
I didnt say it was going to happen. I said I am starting to get the feeling UPS wants one. Thanks anyway.
Why do you think that??
Nobody wins in a strike. The stock would take a hit and the competition would sure try to steal volume.
You gotta be kidding! Why would any company want a labor strike? Consider the greed we know of.
Try? Competition would for sure snatch up our volume. Of course that depends on duration of the strike.
