Allergy Relief

It's the time of year where there is pollen and dust everywhere. Being somewhat hypersensitive to this stuff is making work really tough. Anyone have any tips or things they do during allergy season?

Non-Drowsy Claritin works for me. I've only had allergies for about three years and Claritin did the job.

I use a neti pot. Keeps my sinuses nice and fresh!

Veramyst is a miracle drug. It's a little pricey but worth every penny.

I always got 1 or 2 packs of Reactine handy. When I feel an allergy reaction approaching, then I take one. They work well.
But, besides that.. try to wash your hands more frequently, or even better yet, have some anit-bacterial wipes on board for your hands.

Those packages are mighty dusty in the hot months of the year..... and Like Dr. Islandgirl said, they are full of dust mites !
