In order to relieve the stress, we should open up more brothels. It will reduce the violence and the government will have another form of taxation if they legalize it. This will also boost the economy and employment rates. If we look at the factors that lead to the violence and reduce those factors, we should be able to limit or at least lower incidents like this.
