Anyone know what the contract language is for the annual bid while on disability? Should you be given a bid while out or can you bump when returning from disability?

That's what I thought. Nobody called me-does that mean I can bump when I get back?

For a long term disability, the company does not have to let you bid.

But when you come back, you bump, there's a B and C bump, and the third bumped is WAD.
