We have a BA that moonlights with the Hialeah,Fla city council ? When we retire i be lucky to find a janitor job due to the restrictions that the Central States fund has on us! This is what we pay for ? Granted the APWA could use a professional speaker to help execute this better but they have done their homework on the operational issues and have a tenative plan on representation. We had 200 grienvences in our building - they finally brought in a agressive BA to help resolve these.</p><p>The drivers are saying they want a viable alternative ! They have loss the respect for the teamsters especially when they get hammered every day with 10 hour days ? Forget about filing a grievence because for 9.5 because its like it never happened. When you are a repeater of grievences - its like putting a x on your back. This is what we call representation ? I know you say how can they negotiate a contract like the teamsters and i say i hope they can`t !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p></blockquote><p></p>
