Look for some of you your employment with X may have been the single most positive event that has occurred during your lifetime. But, that wasn't always the case for everyone and in many cases it wasn't their fault. Yet it some cases it might have been. It all comes down to one inescapable fact. In whatever capacity a person served that company is was for the same purpose ........shareholder returns and anyone who believes that they existed for a higher purpose are only kidding themselves. And as many employees and contractors have noted as time goes by the quality of the daily work experience and compensation for services rendered will continue in it's current downward trajectory .</p></blockquote><p></p>
