The big package

There are many Californians that know ways around taxes or ways to make them work for you. Where there is a will there is a way.
Biden is going to bust everybody that misses every cent missed on the tax forms with thousands of new IRS / KGB agent's . So every scum wad in California that voted for President Gump is gonna have to not cheat or get thrown in the slammer . Come to think of it , go ahead and cheat !!!

There Faux News goes again , failing to disclose an important fact. In order to spare his big US oil buddies Trump struck a deal with the Saudi's two years ago to cut their oil production to help US Big Oil . Now Biden is stuck with the thankless task of going back to Saudi Arabia aht in hand and aske them to boost their production back up again.
Not going to help much given that the US hasn't built a new refinery in 40 years.

Now tell them the rest of the story. Saudi Arabia got into a dispute with Russia and jacked production way up to hurt Russia with lower prices. Covid hit and fuel consumption went way down. Futures prices went negative. Trump negotiated a "ceasefire" more or less to stabilize the market. And new refineries? We'd have new refineries if the environmentalists didn't sue in court to stop every last one from being built. It's absolutely pathetic that Biden would rather go to the Saudis than reopen Federal lands. You be sure to mention all this next time you get the urge to try to put it on anyone other than your party and its leadership.

He's demanding that the gas stations eat his price increases and sacrifice their tiny profits to keep the Democrats afloat after they implemented this disaster.
It's like he wants thousands of small businesses to go under and to cripple this economy more as we move further into the Biden recession.

Biden's still trying to push it through with his unchecked usurpation of Legislative powers.
And in what way is it different than what Trump has done ?

Right now there are 9000 approved drilling permits available at DOE to take and go drill. Despite that Scott Sheffield the CEO of Pioneer stated for the record that nation's largest independent that his company's drilling activity will not increase more than 5% and that's over the next decade. The stated objective of the major oil companies is to never again sew the seeds of it's own destruction though overproduction . The best example of that is Whiting Oil. A oil company that just two years ago was in bankruptcy court. And now just two years later it's now out of bankruptcy, it's stock is now trading in the $70's, is merging with Oasis Petroleum who just last week announced a special stock dividend of $15 a share.

Just today Fed Chairman Powell testifying before Congress made it crystal clear that the Fed cannot control food or oil prices. Now you're the guy who in the past always went to the defense of the well being of corporations. Well, at least when it comes to big oil they're doing the best they've ever done and you're paying for it. BTW, how's that taxpayer fund heart repair of yours working?

It was in bankruptcy court because of the aforementioned oil crisis brought on by overproduction then Covid. And they are loathe to do anything in an environment that's blatantly anti fossil fuel. And those 9000 permits? We've been over this. Those give them the right to drill on unproductive land. Why aren't you mentioning that this administration offered a lot less land in leases this year than normal up for bid after a Federal judge ruled they couldn't just cancel said auction? Then cancelled most of those leases for "lack of interest."

Ultimately it comes down to the Federal government could reverse course but it's refusing to. Trying to blame everyone else for their bad decisions. Can you point to any other countries who are trying "to save the planet" by doing away with all fossil fuel usage? And are doing so before having an electric power grid powered by enough capacity from renewable energy?

By the way, how's that taxpayer funded brain replacement surgery working for you?

It's not about what's open, it's about what Biden closed off and why. For example, Biden recently made it easier to tie up pipelines in legal problem, extending the time frame for tree hugging anti fossil fuel interests. Who will build infrastructure when you know you will be fighting some government bureaucracy or legal challenges?

We produce enough oil in the USA. We are the worlds #1 producer now. Biden has his stupid plan to push electric. Probably made deals with oil companies to reap rewards too. Which electric is produced mostly by fossil fuel anyhow. Plus the electric grid can't handle air conditioners let alone charge 300 million cars.
Electric has a lot of waste too. When it's transmitted over power lines where it gets nice and warm from the loss; it's losing its power in the form of heat energy expended. That's why birds like those power lines in the cold.

"The major part of the energy losses comes from Joule effect in transformers and power lines. The energy is lost as heat in the conductors. The overall losses between the power plant and consumers is then in the range between 8 and 15%".

I've been a DRIP shareholder in a major electric utility since 1978 After 40 years of insufficient maintenance and investment the push is finally on for a modernization of the power grid both here and abroad as evidenced by last month's announcement by the European Power Commission of it's REPower UE initiative designed to do just that. Last year I sat in on a video conference by the head of the regional power grid that serves my area. He went on to point out that thanks to slow but steady upgrades to his grid, using modern transmission and storage equipment including storage battery technology new generation plants can be built where and and when according to the grids needs. In the fact over in the next county a private developer proposed to built a twin turbine gas fired power plant. One turbine would be connected to serve east while the other would send power up north. Well, the grid made a couple of things quite clear. It could see no need for the one turbine and whatever the case the developer would first have to find a way to knock 70 million dollars worth of costs out of the project in order to have even a slim chance of competing in the rate deregulated market the grid operates in.

The real pain for the small town nearby where the plant was to be built was all the rumors flying around that in keeping with the mindset of old power plants this one would employ 200-300 people. That was the case in the old days. That was then....this is now. How many people would this plant employ?.....14.

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.

And DIDO/Union Strong. when I speak of this particular drip it's obviously one you know nothing about or would ever know anything about without you first going down to the public library and ask to use their free computer and internet to look it up.
