There have been contrived events that have happened for four years. Why would I think it would be anything but worse going into an election? But this wasn't contrived. Trump put himself on tape knowing how bad the virus was long before doing anything serious about it except banning travel to China. For once instead of refusing to admit Trump sometimes steps in it I'd like to see our Party demand better of him. Some do, like Tucker Carlson. I'd like to see him act more like Reagan and not indulge in petty sniping like he does on Twitter. I don't think that's too much to ask. The man takes delight in poking his enemies in the eye. Did any of you ever find it odd that the CEO of McDonalds was in favor of the $15 minimum wage? Didnt really make sense that he would be spending MORE money, and was happy about it did it. Here's why...

He knew as the CEO of McDonalds that all the small mom and pop burger joints would get crushed as competitors being they make in one year what ONE McDonalds location makes in 4 months. And with the loss of competition, McDonalds profits would skyrocket. Not only would they skyrocket, but McDonalds would "figure out" that they could save money by replacing workers with automated robots. Until soon, after all the mom and pops places were out of business, and all the McDonalds locations were being run by robots, there wouldnt be anyone else to run to. Competition would be dead.

But the gullible Bernie Bros thought it was just because "he realllllllllly CUUUUUURSSSSS"....

Only fly in that ointment I see is most of McDonald's food is crap. I eat it too, but not often. Right now Burger King has two Whoppers for $5. Burger King isn't the greatest but their Whopper is still better than anything McDonald's does.
