Message: <blockquote data-quote="fedx" data-source="post: 3265605" data-attributes="member: 64891"><p>FDX has pilots in Memphis, Indy, Dallas, and other cities as well as in other countries.  I think if a union was allowed into each station/ramp location and could show/compare current wages vs what it would be under a union, a yes vote wouldn't be extremely hard.  FDX could brag about their "10 step pay progression plan" and the union could show their "3 step to top out pay progression plan" and everyone could compare.  Hmmm, do I want to top out in 10 years (at best) or 3 years?  I know FDX would pull out all the stops to try to stop any union vote.  They would "bribe" everyone with free sandwiches and pop.  They would throw in a little $50 "bonus check" here and there and tell you "see, you don't need a union here."  I've seen it before.</p></blockquote><p></p>
