Carter did more after he was out of the white house , was useless as President !!! Obama had no economic policies and had nothing to do with the recovery and ACA was a disaster !!!

I watched it live whereby the executives made it clear that it's vaccine would undergo the same testing, field trials FDA evaluation and oversight protocols as any other drug ever developed however long it may take.
