If they did that to me, I'd take every advantage of the state laws in place (here anyway) and take all my mandated lunch and extra breaks, if they want to play the "you are FT for a month, deal with it" game.Now maybe the OP wants 8 or 18 hours a day during peak, which is none of my business.  But to answer the question, no you don't have to work a scheduled day off, at least here.</blockquote>
