He was however jogging afterwards which could be an indication that he was fleeing or evading capture for whatever reason.&nbsp; Maybe he was trying to get away from the creepy white guys maybe he was fleeing for some other reason but its clear to me that its not likely he was out for a jog.</blockquote>
