For the record, out of over 14000 posts, I have used the word sheep or used pictographs thereof, about a dozen times. One was directed at ricky. One was used to call out Joel Osteen as a false teacher, at least one was referring to myself in a sarcastic way, one was actually quoting the verse where Jesus tells his followers that he is sending them out like sheep amongst wolves. The rest were generalizations aimed at types of people in such a way that only if the shoe fit should anyone wear it. Meaning that if anyone felt they were being called a sheep, it was only because they identified themselves as one in the context of my post.

That's hardly what I would call "throwing the word around". It does feel nice knowing that my "critics" had to make things up and blow things way out of proportion to try to impugn my character.

Also, on a related note, it occurs to me that for the most part, the people who might consider themselves my "critics" seem to have one thing in common. As near as I can tell they all seem to be unable to distinguish between their understanding of a thing and the actual thing itself.

This is pretty telling, actually. We all grasp different things and concepts at varying levels, but I think most people have some underlying understanding that they have a subjective experience of reality around them, and that their experience does not always match up with the reality (some may argue never, but I digress). Then, there seems to be people who think that their subjective experience has primacy over reality, such that how they understand something is how it is.

Just wanted to share that insight with anyone who might be interested.

How come I get banned from any thread relating to homosexuality, while Christian’s are allowed to sit there and speak on behalf of gay people and how insulted we should be by a corporation accepting us?

Why did only I get banned for TOS violation when I was also being called vile names and personally insulted? Did you also hit the Nazi with a perm ban? Literally left up some idiot calling gays subhumans and saying they should be put in a gas chamber longer than you allow my posts to stay up.

So we got people allowed to post the n-word for and have it left up for days, people calling gays subhuman left up for days, people suggesting genocide gays, but the second a gay starts laying into what you believe in, it is time for censorship.
