Try Teamsters for a Democratic Union. Under the UPS link, they list the National Contract as well as the Regional Supplementals.

Thanks for the site. It has the master agreement. It has all the supplements except for central states.
Wouldn't you know it.
I'm in Central States too, unfortunately, it seems that the official IBT website would have the contract, but I couldn't find it. I could be wrong, but I think that the Central States Area is broken into a couple of different Supplementals. I noticed you were in Colorado, I looked on ups, ups jobs, teamsters, and couldn't find what you were looking for there either. It has to be somewhere.
