HI! I'VE POSTED HERE ONE TIME BEFORE. i'M CURIOUS ABOUT YOUR "DIAD" HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT STANDS FOR! THIS YEAR OUR STATION FINALLY REPLACED OUR "SUPERTRACKER" (OUR HAND HELD SCANNER SINCE 1971) WITH A DEVICE CALLED THE POWERPAD. I NOTICED THE UPS DRIVERS ALSO HAVE WHAT LOOKS LIKE UPGRADED EQUIP.

I KNOW BOTH OF OUR COMPANIES ARE POURING COPIUS AMOUNTS OF MONEY TOWARD TECHNOLOGY, WHY NOT? US DRIVERS SHOULD GET THE BEST EQUIPMENT MONEY CAN BUY!

MY QUESTION: DO YOU FEEL THE CURRENT TECHNOLOGY HELPS DRIVERS IN THEIR DAILY ROUTINE OR WAS IT MADE TO EASE THE WORKLOAD OF CUSTOMER SERV AGENTS/ADMINISTRATION (TIME CARDS) ETC...???
