According to DHS mandate , former military personnel are listed as enemies of the state and must be contained.
However muslims who call for the death of all infidels are safe to roam our streets along with all the criminal illegal deportees that their home country refuses to accept back .

Looks like a judge agreed with the Constitution and ordered his release today on the grounds that he was being detained for not breaking any law.

petition for Raub’s detention contained no facts. In other words, there was no information on why Raub was being held — and the

As a result, the judge ruled the government had no grounds to hold Raub.
