Do I have the right to remain silent?

Alternatively can I call a supervisor a MerFer?
No. They can turn around and go “Insubordination” and “Code of Conduct Violation“ on you. The more calm and rational you can be especially if they are trying to go Alpha Dog style management on you the better it is for you.

(Sidebar, as a Steward you have a bit more leeway with ”heated language” under NLRB rules but it’s not my go-to method.)

It's way better to keep your cool. Drives them nuts.
