Driver forged my signature, is it worth the effort to pursue?

He got a signature, clarified it and indicated the left at location. The OP never said that the tracking information showed her name---I think she was upset that she sat home all day only to find that her package was sitting downstairs the whole time.</p></blockquote><p></p>
