Someone say there're only dumbing down the routes so anyone can do them. Could that mean in 5 or 6 year, or sooner lol, the next set of employees hired will be given  zero benefits no health, pension, vacation etc like Amazon? It's possible fedx has done the analytics and discovered  the couriers that helped grow the company in the 90's will be eligible for retirement in 5 years or so and will see them off by replacing them with a new wave of Amazon type people....young, living at home and no desire of having a family.. day to day folks.</p></blockquote><p></p>
