I get it, you fear everything and need guns in your home to feel "secure".. We covered this ground already.

But to say the NRA makes nothing from gun and ammo sales, then maybe you should read this report and then ask yourself, "why would I say the NRA makes nothing, when its clear they make MILLIONS lobbying for the gun and ammo industry"...

The NRA is the mouthpiece that DRIVES gun and ammo sales. Its the rhetoric that sells guns and ammo. Its the falsehoods that the NRA suggests that makes you old guys spend all your extra cash on guns you will never shoot in self defense. Its the same NRA that attempts to downplay every single mass shooting in this country and refuses to acknowledge that GUNS increase violence in our country.

Its their job to sell ammo and guns, and for that sales pitch, they are rewarded with millions of dollars in donations to keep selling.

What the president was talking about, is that these kinds of shootings DO NOT OCCUR with the same FREQUENCY in other advanced countries.

The president didnt say "MASS SHOOTINGS"... he said "MASS VIOLENCE" speaking of the totality of gun violence in this country.
