you're welcome to run for your countries presidency and implement those policies if successful. In our country the person that won is now implementing the policies that he ran on.

His policies that he is implementing include encouraging the return of those rich taxpayers that previously fled our oppressive tax and regulatory policies so they will create those jobs here again.

your solution to tax those rich would drive more of them out along with the corporate jobs they produce.
