Losing the popular vote to Donald Trump should tell you how done the country was with the left.

"Any functioning adult" would have won that election.
So naturally the Democrats ran not one, but two who weren't.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again while expecting different results, right?
Just keep that in mind going into the next cycle.

People still don't seem to get it. Conservatives don't believe in moral action. They only believe in moral people. That is to say your actions have no connection to if you are "good" or "bad" only if you are "one of them."

Donald Trump could show a video of himself raping a child and MAGA would defend it because they would argue that even if he "made a mistake," it is fine because he's "still a good person," or however they'd want to phrase it. It's why they defend pastors who have child porn or anti-abortion activists who get two or three abortions for their stripper girlfriends.

The actions don't matter. All that matters is if you are a "good person" or a "bad person." Trying to confront them with immorality is pointless because they don't care if their leaders are immoral; they only care if their leaders are "good people."
