Ghislane Maxwell is now appealing to the Supreme Court to toss out her conviction, saying the U.S. violated its own immunity agreement it gave when first prosecuting Epstein

And just a reminder, the prosecutor who gave Epstein the sweet heart deal and included immunity for all his co-conspirators was then later hired to work in Trumps administration

"Markus said in a statement that he was appealing to both the Supreme Court and President Donald Trump for help with Maxwell's case. The Supreme Court could overturn Maxwell's conviction in New York and order a new federal trial. Trump could commute Maxwell's sentence or pardon her.

"President Trump built his legacy in part on the power of a deal—and surely he would agree that when the United States gives its word, it must stand by it," Markus said.

"We are appealing not only to the Supreme Court but to the President himself to recognize how profoundly unjust it is to scapegoat Ghislaine Maxwell for Epstein’s crimes," he added, "especially when the government promised she would not be prosecuted."

If she gave good information, she’ll probably get a pardon anyway.

Time to name those Democrats.

It’s unbelievable that presidents give pardons? Not really there’s been a lot of pardon that happened that I don’t agree with what choice do I have?

You act like this is some unprecedented thing. Prosecutors give leniency and governors give pardons all the time for information for all kinds of crimes.
We’re talking about someone trafficking 14 year old kids to be raped…
