Epstein's List

The list was blocked because the Trump administration didn’t file the necessary paperwork to get it done

Judge Paul Engelmayer of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York says the government’s motion was too vague and lacked necessary legal justifications. The court ordered Bondi to submit a detailed memorandum of law by July 29.

The court is asking Bondi to address several key factors required for unsealing grand jury material, including:

• The identity of the party seeking disclosure

• The reasons for seeking disclosure in this case

• Whether any of the material is already public

• Whether any grand jury witnesses are still alive and could be affected

The order emphasizes that Bondi’s current filing fails to meet the standards needed to justify breaking grand jury secrecy.

This follows President Trump’s instruction for Bondi to pursue the records after public outrage over a Justice Department memo that claimed Epstein had no list of powerful clients involved in his trafficking operation—a claim met with bipartisan skepticism and public backlash.

Bondi now has one week to submit a detailed legal argument addressing the court’s concerns.”
Great again you’re going to find nothing out about this list. None of us are. Whatever’s in there won’t matter to the hill of beans to us. A lot of names will be in there and a lot of these people are innocent of doing anything other than being friends with him.

And I’m gonna guess we know the names of 90% of the people already

This follows the logic that I said all along, you would have to believe that the Biden administration and his department of justice didn’t care that there’s incriminating evidence in whatever these files show to prove rape, torture, and pedophilia.

Not a huge fan of the Biden administration, but even I don’t believe that. My guess is these files don’t prove anything and that’s why they’re pointless.

Just like the flight logs didn’t prove anything

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.

Sounds like the judge is throwing up obstacles

Yep. The Trump DOJ did its best by trying to get the stuff released without filing the necessary paperwork and the judge said no. Oh well. Time for everyone to move on. Nothing to see here anyway.

Look at Epstein’s character..never finished college but found his way up the food chain of corporate America. He was a first class brown nosing name dropper, whoever is on the list is not guilty of anything. Besides that his “Madam” knows everything and she is looking for a plea deal.

If this list does come out and an individual or corporate media representative slanders anyone on that list without hard evidence they will be liable big time.

Guarantee that there will be some billionaires who are now lawyering up big time.

I don't know about that. There was tons of evidence that the president's son had been generating bribes on behalf of his father for many years. Biden's administration, during the campaign in 2020 and throughout his presidency went to great lengths to protect Hunter and Joe. So I don't think it's a stretch that they would do the same to protect prominent Democrats. Especially prominent donors.

I’m not saying that there weren’t people that did that. I’m saying there’s nothing in these files that prove it. They’re just gonna release these files and everyone on them is going to be assumed guilty gonna be a lot of lawsuits.

I don’t see a problem with this he said let them prove she’s guilty or not.

Why is this a bad thing people get accused of things all the time that they don’t do.

I think he should know better than anyone
Yeah because if we all know one thing about Trump, it’s he likes to keep his mouth shut about people and their crimes until they’re formally convicted in a court of law

What should have been a careful operation is now going to be a slander bloodbath. And if they try to be "careful" now, it'll look like they're doctoring the files.

The Trump administration did not handle this one well. They seem to be surviving it, but this feels like the biggest error he's made during his Presidency so far.

I don’t disagree. It wasn’t handled well by this administration or the previous. Bondi hasn’t been spectacular at all, ran her mouth too and had to backtrack.

Bondi is doing exactly what she was told to do.

The Trump administration promised to release the files. She went in there with that goal, then they saw the files and saw Trump was in them and now is being told not to release them

Bill O'Reilly talked about that the other day. He told Trump recently that if he was going to release.the files he had to be certain that anyone in them mentioned with no reference to criminal activity had to be protected. I forget who posted all the names on the flight logs the other day but it showed a lot of famous people connected to Epstein. But most likely the vast majority of them were taking advantage of free flights. Epstein probably used that perk to network among the movers and shakers. But it is highly likely that there are people who have a lot of power who were connected to Epstein for the wrong reasons. And ultimately the rich and powerful take care of each other because bringing one down would likely bring down many.

C'mon man.

Trump was already in office when they would have had access to these files. If he was in the Epstein files, his vice presidential pick wouldn't have been talking about releasing the files.

The swamp is protecting the swamp, not protecting Donald Trump.

Bondie was not told to tell everyone the files were on her desk. She did that on her own. I know you desperately want this to mean something but there’s a pretty good chance there’s nothing here.

And again, if there was something here, what a colossal failure by the previous administration did not get Trump when they were trying to get Trump for things he didn’t even do.

He’s treading into conspiracy theories without any evidence. The Trump guilty of that so is he at this point.
