Message: <blockquote data-quote="brownedout" data-source="post: 982172" data-attributes="member: 30910"><p>DS it just seems that this whole "market" has collapsed.  When I started driving back in '93 there must have been about 5 storefront operations that were baseball cards, comics, memorabilia, collectibles.  Plus another home address on each of the 7 routes where the person worked/shipped out of their houses.  Within 2 to3 years all these people were closed down.  It just never rose again.  As rod said there just a glut of this stuff on the internet which further drives prices down.  My brother is in the same boat as you, loads of mint condition classics unopened baseball cards.  20 years ago the stuff was a goldmine, who woulda thought it would not just dry up but essentially vanish?  God luck to you.</p></blockquote><p></p>
