Ok, we're almost on the same page, and a short explanation should get us all the way there - DLA has a scheduled pickup, and a guaranteed pull time...it's pickup is scheduled for 3:25pm and the pull time is (not before)4pm.

Both FedEx branches get there before 3pm, and bounce before 3:25pm often.
Then the drivers are falsifying documents, it is easily proven and for some reason DLA doesn’t care to press the issue.

If DLA wants to push the issue, a call to the sales representative would see the drivers fired/DQ’d.

Yep. Express management or dispatch would be on that like white on rice, especially if they called to complain. We get a broadcast every day now saying that anyone who picks up a stop early will get an OLCC.

I have a stop which is a 1400 ready M-Thurs, but 1300 on Friday. They leave at noon, so I pick them up "early" on Friday. Dispatch won't change the close time, so I pick it up early every Friday.
